P90X for Xbox Fitness arrives just in time for summer

In the United States, summer has finally arrived and it looks like Microsoft is ready to get Xbox One owners into shape with the help P90X for Xbox Fitness. This will be exclusive to the Xbox One and will be a 30-day work out program.

For those unfamiliar with P90X, it was originally a home DVD fitness program that was created by Tony Horton for Beach Body. It is an exercise program that is designed to take place over 90 days and encompasses exercise routines, nutrition education, and meal plans. Over several years, the program has expanded to include eight modules that each improve on the previous version.

With the highly successful workout program coming to the Xbox One, P90X for Xbox Fitness will offer some unique features. For starters, the program will feature five routines that are exclusive to the console. The Xbox One version will also feature real-time feedback, which will gives users access to their earned fit points, heart rate, and also muscle tension. P90X for Xbox Fitness on the Xbox One will be available for download for $59.99 USD.
