After unveiling the Lumia 950 and 950 XL at an event in New York City last month, Microsoft has now opened pre-orders for the new Windows 10 Mobile flagships in Australia ahead of their launch there in the coming weeks.
Both devices will be available in either black or white. The 5.2-inch Lumia 950 is priced there at $999 (including GST) off-contract, and the 5.7-inch Lumia 950 XL will set you back $1,129.
However, while buyers in some markets - including Germany and the United States - can expect to get their hands on the new devices later this month, it looks like those in Australia will have to wait a little longer, as the Microsoft Store site indicates shipment "by December 8".
Over in the UK, Microsoft said today that it will re-open pre-orders on the new high-end Lumias next week, with deliveries expected by December 3.
