BetaX tells me he just received notice on windowsbeta web that build 3678 of .Net Server 2003 en Webserver released to testers. This is the notice he got, also some crazy talk about some cult download fair?

We"re rushing this latest interim build out the door onto the Redmond 2, Washington download servers for the download fair.
This is an interim build before RC2. More details to follow when the build is fully available across our system.
The download fair is scheduled for Tuesday, October 1st from 11:01 PST to 16:00 PST.
