Rakuten Kobo announces Elipsa, a 10.3-inch tablet

Kobo"s latest e-reader, called Kobo Elipsa, is the company"s biggest to date, featuring a 10.3-inch E Ink Carta 1200 screen and 1404 x 1872 (227 PPI) resolution.
