Realme is set to expand its 6-series in India with the launch of a new smartphone. Called Realme 6i, it will be unveiled via a virtual event on July 24.

Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth also took to Twitter to confirm the upcoming launch. This device is set to arrive a week after the launch of the affordable Realme C11, which costs ₹7,499 (roughly $99). If rumors are to be believed, the Realme 6i is likely to be priced under ₹15,000. It will be available via Flipkart.
According to previous reports, the Realme 6i could be a rebranded version of the Realme 6s. This device launched in Europe back in May with a price tag of €199.
As far as specs are concerned, the Realme 6s flaunts a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood is a MediaTek Helio G90T processor, and a 4,300mAh battery. For photography, the device features a quad-camera setup at the back. This includes a 48MP primary sensor, 8MP wide-angle sensor, 2MP mono sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies and video calling, there’s a 16MP sensor on the front.
