Rockstar delays Grand Theft Auto V PC release, details game's minimum system specs

Back in September, Rockstar Games announced that gamers looking forward to the release of Grand Theft Auto V on the PC would have to wait a bit longer - over two months longer than owners of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The company had set a date of January 27, 2015 for the release of GTA V for PCs, but those plans have now gone out the window.

"Our apologies for the slight shift in the date," Rockstar said today, "but the game requires a few extra weeks of testing and polish to make it as good as can be." The game will now be released for PCs on March 24, 2015.

At launch, GTA V players on the PC will also be able to access GTA Online for PC, with support for up to 30 players. It will also include the new GTA Online Heists feature that was announced a few weeks ago; this feature will launch on consoles sometime before the PC launch.
