According to a new rumor, HTC is planning on announcing its Windows Phone 8 launch lineup in September – specifically the third week of September – in preparation for the October launch of Windows Phone 8. The release date would line up with previous rumors indicating Nokia will release Windows Phone 8 devices at the same time.
An article at WPDang states that its sources have said HTC will announce three devices – Rio, Accord and Zenith – at events in London and New York next month. Additional information about the announcement was not released, although the site provided the following specifications for the three phones:
