Samsung"s efforts to meet the demands of hybrid learning and work-from-home setup amid the COVID-19 pandemic led to the debut of its mammoth collaborative display last year. The 85-inch Interactive Display was only part of a growing lineup, and now that product line is gaining a new member.
Samsung announced today the 75-inch Interactive Flip 3 featuring a 4K display, improved security protocols, pen-to-paper writing mode, and more. It"s essentially a digital whiteboard that allows students to collaborate on their projects at once. The company claims the interactive display offers a quick drawing speed with 34ms of latency as well as improved accuracy with 2,048 points of pressure.
The display can be mounted on a wall and up to 20 people can write and draw at the same time by syncing multiple devices. It also lets multiple users share content in real time. It has a six-digit lock system to protect sensitive documents saved in it. The device also has 16GB of storage and will be available in Charcoal Black. It also includes support for multiple connectivity options including USB, HDMI, DP, and OSP.
And soon, Samsung will add support for a digital ruler and protractor for education customers. The price for the latest interactive display model isn"t announced yet and Samsung has also yet to reveal its availability date.
