In December, Samsung announced new versions of its Notebook 9 and Notebook 9 Pen Windows 10 PCs, before announcing the Notebook 7 Spin in January ahead of CES. At the time, pricing and availability specifics weren"t offered, with the company only saying that the devices would be available in the first quarter of 2018.
The firm announced details today, and the new Windows 10 PCs will be available to purchase on February 18.
First up is the Notebook 9, which is a traditional laptop that comes in four SKUs. The base model costs $1,199.99, and it comes with an 8th-gen Core i5, while that can be upgraded to a Core i7 for $1,299.99. The two higher end models upgrade the USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port to Thunderbolt 3, and increase the screen size from 13.3-inch FHD to 15-inch FHD. They come with a Core i7, and it will cost $1,299.99 for the model without a dedicated GPU, and $1,499.99 for one that comes with an Nvidia GeForce MX150.
Both the Notebook 9 Pen and the Notebook 7 Spin are 360-degree convertibles. Coming in at $1,399.99, the Notebook 9 Pen includes a Core i7, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, a 13.3-inch FHD display, and USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C. But the big feature of this is, you guessed it, that it comes with an S Pen.
The Notebook 7 Spin doesn"t come with an S Pen, but it does have active pen support, so you can always buy one separately. It comes with an 8th-gen Core i5, and like the rest of them, it has 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, a 13.3-inch FHD display, and USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C. The Spin will run you $799.99.
All of the new PCs will be available from Samsung.com, and the Notebook 9 and 9 Pen devices will also be available from Amazon, with the Notebook 7 Spin available from Best Buy.
