Samsung has just begun updating its Galaxy Tab S2 devices to Android 7.0 Nougat, along with the March security updates for Android. But the company"s newest tablet is now being upgraded with the very latest security patches, which were released earlier this month.
Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Tab S3 at Mobile World Congress in February, with a range of high-end specs, including an AMOLED display, Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB RAM, an S Pen stylus in the box, and the option of 4G LTE connectivity.
Priced from $599, the device is now shipping with Android 7.0 pre-installed, but Samsung is clearly eager to keep it secure by quickly equipping it with Google"s newest April security update. The update - build number T825XXU1AQD6 - also includes unspecified bug fixes and system improvements.
