Samsung is seemingly working on the Galaxy Fold Lite alongside the Galaxy Fold 2 and some details about the device have leaked today. Samsung is reportedly going to cut down in a number of areas on the Fold Lite that will allow it to price the device more competitively.
Unlike the Galaxy Fold 2 which is rumored to feature 5G, the Galaxy Fold Lite will only support 4G networks, according to the leak. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 865 chipset and feature an aluminum chassis. The device will use a "mix of 2018/19/20 parts." On the outside, leaker Max Weinbach claims that it will have a smaller display that will be similar in size to the Galaxy Z Flip, unlike the original Fold. The device is also rumored to miss out on the ultra-thin glass for the primary foldable display which Samsung first debuted with the Galaxy Z Flip earlier this year.
I have some info on the Galaxy Fold Lite.

-Galaxy Fold Lite 4G
-256GB storage
-Mirror Black, Mirror Purple
-Display has no UTG
-Will be equipped with a mix of 2018/19/20 parts
-outside will probably have a smaller display (not like on Fold, but more like the Z Flip)
Samsung is seemingly planning on offering the Galaxy Fold Lite in Mirror Black and Mirror Purple colors. The leak also claims that the device will have 256GB storage, though there could always be a 128GB variant as it would help Samsung to keep the price in check. Other details about the device including the size of its foldable display are not yet known.
Lastly, the rumor claims that Samsung intends to price the Galaxy Fold Lite around $1,099. If this turns out to be true, it would end up making the Fold Lite the cheapest foldable smartphone on the market making it noticeably cheaper than the Motorola razr and Samsung"s own Galaxy Z Flip. It is likely that we will see Samsung announce the Galaxy Fold Lite alongside the Galaxy Fold 2 and the Galaxy Note20 in a couple of months from now.
