Samsung"s upcoming flagships have already been features in many leaks in the past few months, revealing information about its chipset, a 120Hz display, and the possibility of a 108MP camera. Earlier today, live pictures of the Galaxy S20+ leaked too.
Now, some more tidbits have gotten out thanks to information from two famed leakers (via Android Central). First, Ishan Agarwal shed some light on the camera specs, saying that the S20 and S20+ will both have a 12MP main sensor with a bigger 1.8μm pixel size, while the S20 Ultra will have a 108MP camera with support for 100x hybrid zoom. The tweet also said that the S20 will have a 6.2-inch screen and a 4,000 mAh battery and the S20+ will have a 6.7-inch screen (it didn"t mention battery information for the S20+). Additionally, the tweet also confirmed that all three models will support a 120Hz refresh rate for the display.
Then, Max Weinbach shared some more information about the S20 Ultra specifically, and it seems like Samsung is trying to pack as many features into it as possible. It will reportedly have SD card support in addition to the up to 512GB of internal storage, plus options for either 12GB or a whopping 16GB of RAM. In addition to that, it will have a 5,000 mAh battery which supports 45W charging capable of taking the battery from empty to 100% in 74 minutes.

It will also be available in 128GB/256GB/512GB and have a 12GB and 16GB RAM option.
108MP main, 48MP 10x optical, 12MP ultra wide.

Weinbach"s tweet contains even more information about the camera on the S20 Ultra, too. In addition to the 108MP main sensor, it will use a 48MP sensor with 10x optical zoom for telephoto shots and a 12MP wide-angle lens. The high resolution plus the far-reaching optical zoom could make the 100x hybrid zoom claim seem more reasonable.
The report also mentions some new camera features, like a Smart Selfie mode that automatically switches between the regular and wide-angle cameras depending on how many people are in the shot. There"s also a previously-rumored Single Take Photo mode, which lets the users move the camera around while it grabs a few pictures, which the user can choose from later. And for video, you"ll be able to record 8K video at 30 frames per second, or 4K at 60fps, and the latter actually work for both the front- and rear-facing cameras.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 family is set to be announced at an Unpacked event on February 11, at which point we"ll know for sure if these reports are accurate.
