Samsung is once again discounting its Galaxy S8 and S8+

Over the past couple of months, Samsung has offered a barrage of discounts on its flagship handsets, the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. With its latest offering, it looks like those interested will be able to get an instant discount on the price, without the need to trade-in a phone or wait for a Visa gift card.

The handsets are being discounted on Amazon, Best Buy and also Samsung"s own website. The Galaxy S8 can be purchased for $574.99, while the larger Galaxy S8 is discounted to $674.99. Midnight Black seems to be the standard color option available, so if you were hoping to get yourself the Coral Blue variant, you"ll have to head to Samsung or Best Buy. These retailers would also be better options as they are coming from larger retailers, whereas some of the discounted Galaxy S8s from Amazon are supplied by third-party Marketplace sellers. It is unknown when the sale will end, but it"s probably best not to wait too long if you are thinking of buying one.

Samsung has had a fairly successful run with the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+, selling over five million units in its first few weeks of release, outselling their predecessors by a healthy 15%. If these Galaxy range-toppers aren"t to your liking, you might want to a little while longer, as the firm is expected to launch the Galaxy Note8 at its August 23 Unpacked event.
