Samsung has started taking pre-orders for its Galaxy Book devices which ship with Windows 10. There are two variants, a 10.6-inch model which starts at £649 and a 12-inch model which starts at £1,099. The tablet is aimed at professionals and comes with a keyboard and stylus to allow users to work more efficiently.
The specifications of the 10.6” device are:

- Chipset: 7th Gen Intel Core m3 Dual Core 2.6GHz
- RAM and Storage: 4GB + 64GB eMMC or 4GB + 128GB eMMC
- Camera: 5MP fixed-focus (Front)
- Ports: USB 3.1 (Type-C), microSD (up to 256GB)
- Sensors: Accelerometer, Hall, Light
- Wireless: Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 2X2 MIMO, Bluetooth 4.1 BLE
- LTE Cat.6 (300Mbps) (Only available on the 10.6" 4G edition)
- GPS: GPS + Glonass
- Battery: Up to 9 hours, Fast Charging
- OS: Windows 10
The 12” model differs in the following respects:
- Display: 12” Super AMOLED, Full HD (2160x1440px) with HDR
- Chipset: 7th Gen Intel Core i5 7200U
- RAM and Storage: LTE: 4GB + 128GB SSD, Wi-Fi: 4GB + 128GB SSD or 8GB + 256GB SSD
- Camera: 13MP with autofocus (rear) and 5MP (Front)
- Ports: 2 x USB 3.1 (Type-C), microSD (up to 256GB)
- Battery: Up to 11 hours, Fast Charging
The rest of the specifications of the 12” model are the same at the 10.6” model. One thing to note, however, is that the 12” model is bigger length, width and depth-wise and is around 100g heavier. If you"re in the UK you can pre-order both of these devices right now and is expected by June 16th.
