We may get to finally see Samsung"s foldable phone in all its glory next week. While the company has shown off the device on stage once before, it was unfortunately shrouded in darkness and its profile was also covered with an enclosure.
Thankfully, the company is teasing a reveal of the long-awaited device at its February 20 event. Unfortunately, aside from an ominous "The Future Unfolds" and fancy graphics showing folding letters, the video provided no real details about the phone.
From its brief reveal at the Samsung Developer Conference late last year, we do know that the Infinity Flex Display that enables the phone"s marquee feature comes in at 7.3 inches when unfolded, and 4.58 inches when closed. It should also have a resolution of 1,536 x 2,152 when unfolded.
The teaser video didn"t give many more details, but it did also refer to the other big thing the company is expected to show off at the event: its next-generation flagships. Both the Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10+ will be the focus of the company"s showcase, though if the numerous reports on the matters are to be believed, they will be joined by a cheaper offering as well, the Galaxy S10e.
