Samsung unveiled its latest flagship phones, the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, back in February, and the two handsets have since launched in various markets around the world. The company is now rolling out a new update, bringing some small but welcome improvements to both devices.
As SamMobile reports, the update is making its way to the S7 and S7 edge in various markets, and one of its key features offers "shape correction for skewed photos", available as an option under the camera settings.
More significantly, the update also promises improvements to the touch experience, including better palm rejection, which should be particularly handy (ha!) for owners of the S7 edge, on which the curved edges of the display can sometimes be a little over-sensitive, particularly during one-handed usage.
Unspecified "device stability improvements, bug fixes and improvements to performance" may also be part of the update, according to the release notes.
