There has been a lot of rumors leading up to the release of Samsung"s Galaxy S8 and while the handset itself will see two different curved versions, the S8"s digital assistant will undoubtedly be a big part of the handset"s release. As if more confirmation was needed, a new job posting shows that Samsung is indeed working on a new AI assistant for its upcoming S8 handset.

We"ve known about Samsung"s digital assistant for quite some time now and it was all but confirmed when Samsung unintentionally mentioned "Bixby" on a beta for Samsung Pay. If you needed further evidence that the firm is working on an AI assistant for the S8, a new job listing confirms what we have known for months, Bixby is coming.

Samsung confirmed that they will be skipping Mobile World Congress and although they did not state when the next Galaxy would be announced, sources have stated that the firm will hold its own event in March with the handset arriving in retail channels in April.
