Over the summer, Snapchat updated its social app to add some powerful and fun new features. While it might not be the most exciting update, the company has recently added the capability to manipulate text, allowing it to be animated through the pinning process.
The update for Snapchat arrived for iOS and Android a couple days ago and will allow users to manipulate text for a more versatile look. By highlighting the text, you can now underline, use italics and can even make the letters bold. Also, much like stickers, you can now also pin the text caption and have it become animated.
Lastly, those that love to use lenses will find that Snapchat has made it even easier to apply, as it will now only require a user to tap on their face once. The update is available for iOS and Android now.
