Sony shows off timed exclusives for Destiny 2

While Destiny 2 made its debut in May, Sony still had some news about the game to share. The firm announced that the PlayStation version of the game would be getting exclusive content.

The PlayStation version of Destiny 2 will offer unique content like Strike: Lake of Shadows, exclusive gear for players, ships, a PvP map, and exotic weapons. While this all sounds exciting, those on other consoles shouldn"t feel left out of the loop as the exclusive content is apparently timed, meaning that at some point it will arrive on other platforms.

Those interested can now pre-order the game in a number of different editions for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC - starting at $59.99. Perhaps best of all, those that pre-order the game will gain access to an early beta. Destiny 2 will be released on September 8.
