Microsoft made headlines this weekend when it would not allow the few people who got Xbox One consoles sent to them ahead of its November 22nd launch date to use the product online. Microsoft executive Albert Penello later said the temporary bans on these consoles was due to the fact that the company is still trying to stomp out the final bugs in the Xbox One before the launch.
But what if, for some reason, someone gets a PS4 ahead of the U.S. launch date of November 15th, or the European launch scheduled for November 29th? Sony"s President of Worldwide Studios, Shuhei Yoshida, indicated in a Twitter post this weekend that the company won"t ban any PS4 consoles that arrive to customers ahead of their launch dates.

Sony has already sent a PS4 to YouTube celebrity "Francis" to try out and the video seemed to indicate he was able to play games on the console. Sony has already announced that there will be a "day one" 300 MB software update for the console that will enable many of its features, including its ability to play Blu-ray movie discs.
