Anker"s designated audio brand Soundcore unveiled its latest TWS earbuds during a live-streamed YouTube show earlier today. The launch event introduced the Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro, successor to the Liberty Air 2 and Liberty 2 Pro earphones. There are several spec upgrades in the newer variant and the price has also been bumped up, from a range of $80 to $110 for the previous models to $130 for the one that debuted a few hours ago.
Moving on to the major features, the newly launched TWS earbuds from Soundcore feature targeted active noise cancellation, six microphones with uplink noise reduction, touch controls, HearID customizable sound, a USB Type-C port, and wireless charging. The Liberty Air 2 Pro earbuds use the company"s PureNote driver technology to boost bass and to support wider frequency bandwidth.
As for battery life, the Liberty Air 2 Pro earphones are rated as having seven hours of playtime per charge and up to 26 hours of playtime including three recharges from the charging case. They also support fast charging and provide three hours of playback time for 15 minutes of charge.
The Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro wireless earbuds have a different form factor compared to their predecessors; a box-like shape with rounded corners with a lid that slides open. They are available in four light and dark shades: Onyx Black, Titanium White, Sapphire Blue, and Crystal Black.
Following the launch event, the Anker-owned company has already inaugurated sales for the Liberty Air 2 Pro. Those interested in getting a pair can purchase them from the official Soundcore website or through Amazon.
