Microsoft announced today that Sticky Notes is available on the web. The news came alongside of Windows 10 Insider Preview build 18272, which now includes Sticky Notes version 3.1. The new app includes a dark mode, and has been in testing with Skip Ahead Insiders for the last week.
Sticky Notes on the web doesn"t offer the same features. In fact, it seems to only allow you to make edits to synced notes, and make new ones. There"s no dark theme, or even a settings menu. It"s part of OneNote Online, which makes sense since OneNote is how you can view your Sticky Notes from a mobile device.
The ability to sync your Sticky Notes across multiple devices debuted in Sticky Notes 3.0 just a month ago. It started with only syncing between Windows 10 PCs, but mobile devices came later through OneNote, and now it"s coming for the web. Microsoft says that Sticky Notes on the web is rolling out worldwide "soon", but it seems to be live for everyone. You can check it out here.
