Super Lucky's Tale now up for pre-order on the Windows 10 Store

At E3 this year Microsoft announced a new platform exclusive game called Super Lucky"s Tale, which follows the classic platforming style introduced by games such as Conker and Mario 64. The game was touted to support the 4K capabilities of the upcoming Xbox One X and will have full HDR support as well.

The game which first launched on the Oculus platform is now available for digital pre-order on the Windows 10 Store. Since it supports Play Anywhere, gamers on Xbox One will also be able to grab the title right now - if you haven"t already - since you can play it on both console and PC. The game follows Lucky, the ever-optimistic, energetic, and lovable hero, on his quest to find his inner strength and help his sister rescue the Book of Ages from Jinx according to the store listing:

Test your skills with carnival attractions mini-games and nerve-wracking obstacle courses. Plus, surprise “Jinx Levels” popping up when you least expect them, drawing Lucky into a fiendish game of life and death. Explore hidden secrets of new worlds with Lucky’s signature burrow move. Dive into unpredictable foxholes, or try devilish side scrolling challenge levels to unlock additional rewards. Head back to the era of classic platformers with challenges players of all skill levels and all ages can enjoy.

The game is expected to launch alongside the Xbox One X on November 7. You can pre-order the game here and it will cost $29.99. The Xbox One X is touted to be the first "true 4K" console with a 4K capable 6Tflop GPU, 8-core CPU, 12GB RAM and a retail price of $499. Pre-orders is expected to open soon.
