As usual, the updates are available for users running Windows 10 version 1903 or newer, and for Surface Laptop 3 users, that should be everyone. Microsoft isn"t specifically saying this is a gradual rollout, so as long as you have an AMD-powered variant of the Laptop 3, you should be able to get it right now through Windows Update.
The Surface Laptop 3 is the first time Surface devices come with AMD processors, and it seems the experience Wasn"t the best out of the box. The AMD variant of the Laptop 3 has notably received firmware updates more often than the Intel ones - eight rounds of firmware updates have been published for the AMD variant since launch, as opposed to the five sets of updates released for the Intel version.
