As many SwiftKey Keyboard users may know, the app has a feature called Clipboard which allows them to copy text from another source and save it for later use. Its storage capacity used to be limited to 10 clips only, with each clip having a character limit of up to 1,000. But a new update to SwiftKey Keyboard for iOS changes that.
Microsoft has updated the keyboard app"s iOS version today, bumping up its version number to 2.4.6 and raising the Clipboard storage capacity to 30. Along with this expansion, the latest update also brings with it a host of fixes for the app. Here"s the full changelog:
- The number of Clipboard items you can have has been increased to 30
- Fixed:
- Photo Theme previews will now show the correct aspect ratio on newer devices
- We fixed an issue where the wrong adaptive light/dark theme was loading
- Fixed a crash for users who use the Shooting Stars theme
You can download the update from the Apple App Store. For those unfamiliar with this feature, Clipboard can be accessed by tapping the icon next to GIF on the keyboard"s toolbar. It can also be opened by heading over to the settings menu.
