Last week, Tesla finally revealed its Semi truck to the world, along with a nice surprise, a new Roadster. While orders from major companies started pouring in, it looks like the truck can now be pre-ordered directly from the firm"s website.
If you are interested, you"ll have two options when it comes to purchasing from the website at the moment, a standard model that will cost $150,000 or a Founders Series that will retail for $200,000. According to TechCrunch, there will also be a $180,000 model available.
Those that commit to a reservation will need to put down at minimum $20,000 to secure one and if you"re going all in with a Founders model, you"ll need to pay the $200,000 right now. The Founders Series will put you at the front of the line which means you will be getting one of the first 1,000 Semis produced.
Those looking for something a bit sportier outside the realm of trucks will probably want to have a look at the Roadster which is priced starting at $200,000.
