The C64 Mini was announced at the tail end of 2017 and was met with quite a bit of excitement. Although it has been available in other parts of the world for some time, the day has finally come when you can purchase the C64 Mini in North America.
If unfamiliar, the C64 Mini is a replica of the Commodore 64 that was originally launched in 1982. The miniature version will be 50 percent smaller than the original and will also come pre-loaded with 64 games. The unit will also come packaged with a joystick and can even be used as a computer when a keyboard is attached to its USB port. The company is claiming that the software on the C64 Mini can also be updated to bring further functionality later down the line.
If interested, you can now purchase the C64 Mini at Walmart, Costco, and GameStop. Amazon also carried the unit, but as of this writing, has sadly sold out. The unit will have a retail price of $79.99 USD or $99.99 CAD.
