The session catalog for Microsoft"s Ignite 2019 conference went live back in August, but up until today, you couldn"t manage it from your mobile phone. Today, the MSFT Events app was updated with support for the event; previously, you could tap on the event and get a message that said, "Coming soon".
The MSFT Events app was first introduced last year. Before that, Microsoft used to release dedicated apps for its various events, such as Build and Ignite. The new hub serves as a central hub for all Microsoft events, as the name implies.
Ignite is one of Microsoft"s biggest events of the year, and there are currently 1,867 sessions listed in the catalog. You can use the app to sort through them all, and add them to your own personal agenda. You can also get recommendations, see the attendee directory, see details about speakers, and more.
You"ll have to sign in with the Microsoft account that"s registered to attend, of course. If you want to download the MSFT Events app, you can get it for Android here and for iOS here.
