The unlocked Lumia 950 and 950 XL are out of stock on the Microsoft Store in the US

Earlier this week, Microsoft marked down the prices of its unlocked Lumia 950 and 950 XL handsets to $249 and $299, respectively. While the 950 was out of stock immediately, the 950 XL sold out today. In fact, the AT&T model is the only one that"s still in stock for $298.99, and only in white (both colors are available from AT&T"s website).

It"s also unclear if the devices will be restocked at all. They were released over a year ago now, so production is due to end soon. In the UK, there haven"t been any Windows 10 Mobile devices in stock in over a week.

Of course, the company still seems to be stocking the Lumia 640 XL from time to time, although it"s sold out right now, as is Verizon"s Lumia 735. Your only options at the moment are the Lumia 550 and 650, if you"re looking for that last-minute Christmas present for the Windows phone-lover in your life.

HP, however, is offering some deals on its Elite x3 handset, which is $150-off now at $649. Like the sales on the 950 and 950 XL, this deal expires on the 24th.
