Tokyo Game Show to host Ninja Gaiden Tournament finals

Grand finale to the Master Ninja Tournament will be held during Japan"s top game conference.

Tecmo has announced the location of where the final round of its international Ninja Gaiden competition will take place. After ending months of speculation, the tournament finals will be help at this year"s Tokyo Game Show in September. Tecmo and Microsoft will fly the American winners of the first and second rounds of the event to the event, where they will join their European and Japanese counterparts. While the first round of Master Ninja Tournament has ended, the second round is currently ongoing.

Those wishing to join the event must first register at www.masterninjatournament.com, then download the new Hurricane Pack: Volume I on Xbox Live. At approximately 12:01 pm PDT on August 30, 2004, the gamer with the highest karma score on the tournament leaderboards will be the winner or the tournament. The winner will be announced on or around September 10, 2004. Besides containing a bevy of new enemies and the Boujutsu weapon, the Hurricane Pack revamps Ninja Gaiden with improved AI, alternate camera controls, and more.
