Thanks Matthey for the heads up here on this new driver. Voyetra has released a better driver for the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz card.

What"s new in 5.12.4161:

Fixed "no sound" on some WinMe systems when resuming from standby (s3)

Fixed noise on resume from standby (s3 state) if eq or fx were enabled.
