A little over a month ago we did an unboxing and gave our first impressions of a pre-production model of the LG V30. Now, a little over a month later, we finally have a retail model available to review and figured why not do another unboxing. The smartphone is available in the United States from AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and others - but for our tests, we will be using the T-Mobile model that comes in a beautiful silver color.
The T-Mobile variant arrives in a stealthy matte black box and inside contains the LG V30, charger with USB cable, warranty documentation, user guide, SIM removal tool, and surprisingly a cleaning cloth so that you can keep your device forever crispy.
As for looks, this thing is absolutely gorgeous, offering a near bezel-less display, that has become quite popular in 2017. Since the front of the handset is mostly screen, there is very little room for anything else. As for the rear, things look just as good in the reflective silver finish and the dual camera only occupies a small space with minimal protrusion.
As far as daily use goes, be sure to check back soon, as we will have some thoughts after using it for a day posted shortly. If you have any questions about the handset be sure to leave a comment below or ask me on Twitter.
