Unboxing the Google Home Mini

It was only last week when Google revealed that it would offer a range of speakers with its own Assistant. The Home Mini is the smallest and cheapest of the bunch, giving users a functional piece of kit for $49. Although the speaker won"t officially be on sale until next week, we have a obtained one and have done a quick unboxing of the device.

As you can see from the video, the process is fairly simple when it comes to setup, with users just needing to download the Google Home app. After getting it paired and connected to the network, you"ll be able to get the additional things set up by adding services like Google Music, YouTube, and smart home products. We will cover more of this in the full review, but for now be sure to check out the unboxing, and if you have any further questions, be sure to leave a comment down below.

The Google Home Mini can now be ordered from the Google Store and various retailers. The speaker has an official release date of October 18.
