Unlock your Galaxy S III with a simple application

Did you buy a shiny new Galaxy S III (I9300) and are locked to a carrier that you won"t be with forever? Well, you can now unlock your superphone for free with the help of the Voodoo SIM Unlock application which is available on the Android market. The application itself requires root access, so you will need to follow certain methods before you are able to unlock your device.

Note: this will only work with the I9300 version.

Its creator, Supercurio who has also created Voodoo sound, color and lagfix, ensures us that important data is backed-up before the operation; however, an auto-restore feature isn’t yet available in the application’s current state, so you"ll have to restore your phone manually. Unlock your phone’s network access by downloading this application.

Supercurio and Neowin are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your device, and don"t even bother trying it if you don"t know what you"re doing!
