Wednesday's PC game sales still have lots of Steam price cuts

This week has seen a flood of price cuts, both of the daily and longer variety. Today is no exception as a number of new sales deals have popped up. Some other price cuts can be checked out at the Direct2Drive and Impulse sites.

Steam - This week Steam continues its week long sale of games from Ubisoft by cutting the price of the racing game Trackmania United Forever Star Edition. The racing puzzle game from developer Nadeo is priced at just $10, a 75 percent price cut, until 1 pm Eastern time on Thursday. Again, all of Ubisoft"s games are on sale for at least 33 percent off for the next several days. An exception is the the upcoming first person shooter Call of Juarez: The Cartel. However if you pre-purchase the game before May 30 you get access to two exclusive in-game weapon when the final game is released. 

Also on sale today, for one day only, is the recent fantasy action-strategy game Hoard. You can get the game for just $4.99 or the four pack (four copies of the game) for just $14.99. You can also get the newly released King Arthur Collection (the original RTS game and all of its DLC packs) for 50 percent off ($14.99) from now until May 31. Finally, all of the games from indie game developer Arcen Games, including the AI War series, are on sale for 50 percent off from now until June 1.

Direct2Drive - Newly bought by GameFly, Direct2Drive is still offering deals. For one day only, the fantasy MMO Rift is on sale for 50 percent off (both the regular and collector"s editions). Also the 2010 first person shooter Metro 2033 is on sale today for just $9.95.

Impulse - The Impulse site has a one day deal on Warhammer Online. The fantasy MMO is now on sale for just $5.09.
