Weekend PC Game Deals is where the hottest gaming deals from all over the internet are gathered into one place, every week, for your consumption. So kick back, relax, and hold on to your wallets.
In the bundle space this week it"s the Worms franchise of artillery tactical games that get the spotlight. The appropriately named Humble Worms Worms Worms Bundle has four tiers of games from the series, from classics to the more modern entries.
For $1 you get started off with the original Worms, Worms Blast, Worms Pinball, and Worms Crazy Golf. Next, the average price tier is currently at around 10$, and it comes with Worms Reloaded and Worms Ultimate Mayhem, alongside five DLC packs for Reloaded.
The $12 tier adds on Worms Revolution, Worms Armageddon, Worms World Party Remastered, and Worms Clan Wars, as well as a multiplayer DLC pack for Ultimate Mayhem. Lastly, the $17 tier gets you all of the previous items, as well as Worms W.M.D, the Worms Revolution season pass, and a 10% discount coupon for the upcoming shooter entry Worms Rumble.
A horror bundle is likely to appear before the month"s end, but before that, there is also a Lego Build Your Own Bundle promotion happening on Humble. This has hits like Lego Batman Trilogy, DC Super-Villains, Marvel Super Heroes, and much more in the selection. The more items that get added to the cart, the larger the discount gets, up to 85% off.
Over on the Epic Games Store, two more games have gone free for you to claim, with Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs and Kingdom New Lands coming in to replace the previous duo.
The horror title Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs is an indirect sequel to the hit Amnesia: The Dark Descent following a similar survival gameplay style, though it does not feature the same developer. Kingdom New Lands is a returning giveaway to the store, giving you another opportunity to grab the side-scrolling strategy game.
Next week"s giveaway will be Halloween-themed, as Layers of Fear 2 and Costume Quest 2 are incoming as the freebies on October 22. That"s not all for giveaways, as Sega is currently giving away the Southern Fronts DLC of Company of Heroes 2. If you don"t own the base game, it is currently $1 on Steam, though if you"re a Game Pass subscriber, the complete edition is on there as well.
Free Events
Another demo festival won"t be back for a while, so we are back to the standard free events. The sole game that has gone free-to-play this weekend seems to be Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus, the XCOM-like turn-based strategy title.
