It"s a weekend coming off a pretty big week of announcements, most notably for Nokia"s two new Lumia Windows Phone 8 smartphones: the Lumia 820 and Lumia 920. The 820 is the lesser spec"d of the two devices, coming with a 4.3-inch WVGA display, 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 8 GB of storage and a 5-megapixel camera.
The 920 is Nokia"s flagship smartphone, with a 4.5-inch "PureMotion HD+" display at 1280 x 720, 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 32 GB of on-board storage and an 8-megapixel camera enhanced with PureView technology - in this case its a floating camera module that allows for superb stability and image stabilization, allowing for longer exposures and more light to the sensor.
Now that the announcement is over and all the rumors surrounding the two devices have stopped coming in, we want to know if you"re thinking of picking one up as your next smartphone; it should be made available in November if rumors are to be believed. Or perhaps you"re in line to get a different Windows Phone like Samsung"s ATIV S or one of HTC"s upcoming 8X devices. Perhaps you"ll skip Windows Phone 8 all together and wait for a flagship Android device.
Let us know in the poll below, leave comments if you desire and have a great weekend.
