If you follow Windows 10 builds carefully, and if you are reading this post, the answer to that question is most likely, yes; then you will have noticed a new string with fbl_awesome in it. The website buildfeed.net captures all of this information and even the head of the Windows Insider program, Gabe Aul, has made references to it.
Well, fbl_awesome is the Windows 10 build that Microsoft will be showing off and releasing at its January 21st event. While Microsoft isn"t talking officially about any features post 9879, at this time, a build that shows off a lot of new UI enhancements has been leaked.
Microsoft"s January Windows 10 event will be full of consumer-related goodness, and as we get closer to the announcement, it would not surprise us if more information about the build leaks out. More so, the latest build to leak, 9901, was a bit surprising too, considering that this was not a partner build but an internal one.
With the event about six weeks away, we don"t have to wait too much longer to see fbl_awesome but if you don"t want to wait that long, you can check out all of our Windows 10 coverage here.
