Sjifty has stumbled upon the new windows blinds 3 for all windows platforms. its version 8A.
Heres what i got from the developers notes:
Beta 8a - The Good
Includes XPCopper as demonstration on the new XP start/taskbar skinning (will be in SkinStudio shortly). There aren"t vertical taskbar images defined for this yet, so it"ll look a bit odd if your taskbar is on the left/right of the screen.
You may exclude apps from being skinned by WindowBlinds by checking the "Disable visual themes" option in the Compatibility tab of their shortcut (or by using the Advanced config window of WindowBlinds).
IEXBETA has mirrored the file for download! In order to install this beta successfully, you will need to install WindowBlinds 2.2 or any other ObjectDesktop component first!
