We"re less than two weeks away from the next Patch Tuesday, but Microsoft today released a few cumulative updates for multiple versions of Windows 10. The build numbers are minor increases from the ones released earlier this month, and they only include a couple fixes total.
The updates are for users running versions 1703, 1607, and 1511, so there"s nothing for those that installed the Fall Creators Update (version 1709) earlier this month.
For those on the Creators Update, you"ll see KB4049370, or build 15063.675, which you can manually download here. It contains the following fix for Surface Laptops:
Addressed issue where after installing KB4038788, some Microsoft Surface Laptops boot to a black screen. Additionally, you must press the power button for a long time to recover.

Users on versions 1607 and 1511 will get KB4052231 (build 14393.1797) and KB4052232 (build 10586.1177), respectively. They include the following fix:

1607 users will have three known issues to be aware of, while those with 1511 only need to know about the first one on the following list:

Of course, you don"t have to use any of the download links provided to get these updates. You can always go to Settings -> Update & security -> Windows Update -> Check for updates, and your PC will download the update that corresponds to the version of Windows that you"re on.
