Windows 10 Insiders will start seeing popup tips and notifications

As we’re getting closer and closer to the launch of Windows 10 Microsoft is putting the finishing touches on its brand new operating system. As part of that Insiders who are previewing the company’s latest and greatest, may start seeing popups around the OS.

The popups are designed to offer users a bit of info on new features and explain how some parts of Windows 10 work. Think of it as a dynamic tutorial, which unobtrusively pushes users to discover all that the new operating system has to offer.

The tips are personal, service-driven & designed to skip stuff you already know. However... today and this next few week(s)...

Unfortunately for Insiders, the popup system isn’t exactly fully implemented so you may get notifications for functions you’ve already used and are very familiar with. You can safely ignore them, and keep in mind that these will work properly with future builds, and indeed the final launch version of Windows 10.

However...Today/next few weeks, u may see tips for features you’ve already used. Don"t worry it won’t work that way in final build. Enjoy!

Meanwhile, Windows 7 and 8 users, who have the Get Windows 10 App installed, are also seeing more notifications designed to build up hype for the new OS, which will launch before the end of this month.
