For those of you how have been waiting for Microsoft to release the express installer for Service Pack 2 because 272MB is too much for you, the wait is now over.
Typical users of the express installer should expect a 80-90MB download, since the express installer only downloads updates for components that your computer has. This is a more reasonable size for dial-up users, and others who can"t spare the bandwidth.
There is no difference in the files that are downloaded between this version and the full network install, except that the network install will contain content that your computer probably will not use. Also, it should be noted that you cannot use the express installer to create slipstream installs.
