Windows.NET Server website goes Live

Beta 3 is Coming! is the first thing you see when you fire up the new web space at Microsoft allocated to Windows .NET server. I can believe that, you can believe it too, but Beta Testers may have a hard time swallowing it since this is what they have been told since October when the finalize date was scheduled for November 7th meaning a release this week at the earliest being November 14th.

Well the finalize date is long gone and beta testers are still crying over the buginess of build 3541 and twiddling their finger (and toes) until Microsoft finally decides to release the long awaited Beta 3 of its Server versions, thats why I also have to say a big thankyou to Martijn for the heads up on this newbie-page at Microsoft.

There they show off yet another comparison chart for Windows .NET Web Server, Windows .NET Standard Server, Windows .NET Enterprise Server and Windows .NET Datacenter Server and their respective system requirements. If you are interested in the latest Windows Beta to come from Redmond, jolly over to their website for a slew of propaganda and informative documentation.
