Yet another release of a Winrar beta. Thanks for PROGRAME for letting us know of the 5th beta release of version 3.10 of(notice the three of"s :P) this popular and one of the best archiving/extracting programs!

whats new:
1. SFX module sets "sfxname" environment variable before starting
a program specifed in "Setup" command. This variable contains
the name of SFX module, so setup program may read it if it needs
such information.
2. Speed of flat view mode improved under Windows 9x and Me.
