B.J Blazkowicz returned to pummel some more Nazis last year in the Wolfenstein sequel, The New Colossus. The MachineGames developed shooter arrived for the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4, and soon, the game will also be available on Nintendo"s Switch console.
Today, the publisher announced that the game"s Switch version will launch on June 29 for $59.99, uncensored and with full motion control support. Bethesda originally announced the Switch port for the title back in September last year.
In Neowin"s review of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, which can be read here, the game managed to gain an Excellent verdict. Meanwhile, for those who are unfamiliar with the shooter"s premise, here"s a short description by Bethesda:
As BJ Blazkowicz, experience an unforgettable action-packed story brought to life by extraordinary characters. Reunite with your friends and fellow freedom fighters as you take on the evil Frau Engel and her Nazi army. Wage the second American Revolution your way – at home or on the go.
This release will mark the third Bethesda published title to land on the Nintendo hybrid console, behind The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Doom. With E3 looming, we could see new announcements of games by the publisher that will arrive for the Switch alongside other platforms on day one.
