You can now access YouTube Music on your Galaxy Watch4

YouTube Music is now finally available on the Galaxy Watch4 series (via SamMobile). The smartwatch series was recently launched by Samsung at its Unpacked event, earlier this month and features the latest Wear OS 3. The software was made by both Google and Samsung and unifies Google"s Wear OS and Samsung"s Tizen OS platforms. With both operating systems merged, the Wear OS 3 features a bunch of improvements in performance and features, as well as support for those apps.

YouTube Music on Wear OS 3 features an improved design and adds the ability to download songs for offline usage. The app has a download size of 11.25MB. The app is available to download via the Google Play Store.

At its Unpacked event, Samsung had announced that with Wear OS 3, the Galaxy Watch4 series will get Google Assistant, Google Pay, and YouTube Music apps. Only YouTube Music seems to have joined the bandwagon of apps promised by Samsung, while support for other apps might come soon.

Apart from the new UI, the Galaxy Watch4 and Watch4 classic feature Samsung"s new BioActive Sensor that combines Optical Heart Rate, Electrical Heart, Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis along with the usual Accelerometer, Barometer, Gyro Sensor, Geomagnetic Sensor, and Light Sensor. Both the watches also feature the all-new Exynos W920 processor which is based on the 5nm architecture.
