You can now pre-order the Galaxy Note10 phones from Microsoft Store

Samsung officially announced the Galaxy Note10 series at its 2019 Unpacked event in Brooklyn a few hours ago. Now, fresh off the Barclays Center stage, the latest flagship devices from the South Korean tech giant are up for pre-order via the Microsoft Store.

The phones" immediate availability on Microsoft"s online storefront is part of a strategic partnership between the software giant and Samsung, announced at the same time as the Galaxy Note10"s unveiling. The alliance will also incorporate several Microsoft services into the handsets such as an optimized Outlook app and an option to sync photos in Samsung"s Gallery app with OneDrive, among others.

At the moment, only the standard Galaxy Note10 and the Galaxy Note10+ are available for pre-order. For 5G fans, however, there"s no word yet on when pre-orders for the Galaxy Note10+ 5G edition will open.

The 6.3-inch Galaxy Note10 with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage can be pre-ordered for $949.99. Meanwhile, the 6.8-inch model with that same memory and storage configuration costs $1,099.99. In addition, the Galaxy Note10+ with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage is available for $1,199.99. Shipments will kick off on August 23.

As a quick recap, all models feature a Dynamic AMOLED display with a cutout for the front-facing camera and HDR10+ support. Powering the Galaxy Note10 models for the U.S., China, and Japan is a Snapdragon 855 SoC while the variants slated for the European market and the rest of the world will be powered by Samsung"s new Exynos 9825 chipset, as per AnandTech. Unfortunately, there"s no 3.5mm headphone jack, confirming earlier leaks depicting a USB Type-C to audio jack adapter for the Note10.
