As Microsoft"s Ignite 2016 conference draws to a close today, the company announced the location of next year"s event, which will be in Orlando, Florida from September 25-29. Julia White announced the setting of the event on Twitter, and that you can pre-register today.
At this year"s conference, Microsoft made quite a few announcements. There are tons of new features coming to Office 365, as well as a number of security features for both Windows and Office. Windows 10 Mobile got a brief spotlight as the company showed off new features that would be coming in Redstone 2.
There were well over a thousand sessions, and it seemed like the firm had a little more to share in each one. Small announcements were made, such as Visio coming to Android and Windows phones, which was mentioned very briefly.
