ZTE reveals its first device since being banned, the Axon 9 Pro

After a rough start to the year, ZTE has finally clawed its way back, releasing a new handset during IFA 2018. The Axon 9 Pro offers a design that has become quite popular throughout the year and features top-end specifications.

The Axon 9 Pro offers a notched 6.21-inch AMOLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB RAM and has 128GB of internal storage. On the rear, you can see the dual camera setup, comprised of a 20MP and 12MP sensor. The front-facing camera also makes use of a 20MP sensor.

The phone will be powered by a large 4,000mAh battery that can be charged via the handset"s USB Type-C port. The Axon 9 Pro will be running Android 8.1 Oreo and will be sold outside of the United States. The device will make its retail debut for Europe in September and will cost €649 or around $756 USD.

This company has paid a heavy price so that it can continue to operate and it will be interesting to see how it moves forward, with products in the U.S. and other regions.
