Notice that on this new Activity Monitor, the Aqua-style menu for "All Processes" has been replaced.

It's been like that since the first leaked build. I'm really hoping they'll replace the remaining Aqua elements as well. The icon slider looks like crap in the Finder window.

I know, but I wasn't sure everyone noticed. It's a good sign, though. It's time to phase out Aqua.

for those who have tried the build. Can you update from Leopard to Snow Leopard in beta or fresh install only ?

Also can you update from one beta build to another ?

Thx

Wouldnt that be a violation of the NDA? I am sure you would be able to do the update....

I tried leapard last year only to install tiger again after I realized it was buggy as hell. Don't think il be trying this one, just have it on pre order instead.

You don't need to be able to read/write NTFS to interact with network connected computers.

True, but I'd be able to actually use external hard drives on Windows-based computers on the network.

Yeah, I noticed that as well. Here's hoping Apple won't pull it out at the last minute like they did with Leopard.

Something I still miss from the Leopard beta's was the ability to create a Stack by dropping a group of files, folders or applications onto the Dock. That way an "Applications" Stack would actually sit in the applications section of the Dock and without the need to create or use a physical folder.
